What each free audit covers
A quick note on how these work, because the word tool undersells it. These are not automated scanners that spit out a score in ten seconds. When you request one, a member of our team personally runs the analysis on your website or account, writes up the findings in plain English, and emails you the report — usually within two business days. You get human judgement, not a template, and it costs nothing.
Not sure which to request first? A simple rule: if you spend money on Google Ads every month, start with the ads audit, because recovered wasted spend is the fastest return available anywhere on this page. If you depend on organic traffic — or wish you could — start with the SEO audit. And if you have never once checked what AI assistants say about your business, the AI visibility check is the eye-opener; most owners are surprised by what comes back, in one direction or the other.
The free SEO audit
This is a health check across the three layers that decide rankings. The technical layer: can Google crawl and index your pages, is anything important blocked or broken, how fast do your pages load on a real phone, and is your sitemap doing its job. The on-page layer: do your titles, headings and content actually match what your buyers search, do pages compete with each other for the same keyword, and is structured data present where it should be. The content and authority layer: which keywords you currently rank for, where the obvious gaps are against competitors, and how your backlink profile compares. You receive a prioritised list — not fifty findings of equal weight, but the handful of issues costing you the most visibility, ordered by impact.
The AI visibility check
This one answers a question most businesses have never had answered: when someone asks an AI assistant about your category, do you exist? We put realistic buyer prompts — the kind your customers actually type — to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews, and record what comes back: whether your brand is mentioned at all, how it is described, which competitors are recommended instead, and which sources the assistants cite when they answer. The report gives you a baseline of your AI visibility alongside your competitors’, plus the most likely reasons for any gap — thin entity signals, missing structured data, or a lack of the third-party mentions these systems treat as evidence.
The Google Ads audit
If you are already spending on Google Ads, this audit tells you how much of that spend is working. With read-only access to your account, our ads team reviews the search terms you are actually paying for versus the ones you intended to target, the negative keywords that should be blocking junk clicks, whether conversion tracking is recording real business outcomes or vanity actions, how your campaign structure affects Quality Scores and costs, and where budget is drifting to low-intent placements. Wasted spend hides in almost every unaudited account — the report shows you where yours is leaking, and which fixes would recover the most money the fastest.
What happens after you request one
The process is deliberately simple. You send us your website address — through the contact page, by email to goaheaddigital1@gmail.com, or on a call to +91 70392 51106 — and tell us which audit you want. If it is the Google Ads audit, we reply with two-minute instructions for granting read-only access to your account; for the other two, we need nothing further from you at all.
A specialist then runs the analysis. For the SEO audit that means crawling your site the way Google does and reviewing what the crawl surfaces by hand; for the AI visibility check it means putting a structured set of buyer prompts to each assistant and recording the answers; for the ads audit it means working through your account’s history, settings and search terms line by line. The findings are written up in plain English, ordered by impact, and emailed to you — typically within two business days of your request.
After that, one follow-up email and an open offer of a short walkthrough call. Nothing else. The report is yours to keep, forward to your team, or hand to another agency — it is written to stand on its own either way.
How to read your report
Every report we send follows the same logic, so here is the key. Findings are ordered by impact, not by category — the thing at the top is the thing costing you the most, even if it is boring. Resist the instinct to start with whatever looks easiest; a slow, unindexed section of your site matters more than a missing meta description, every time.
We also separate quick wins from structural work, because they need different responses. Quick wins — a broken page catching real traffic, a title tag mismatched to its keyword, an ads campaign burning budget on one bad search term — can often be fixed in an afternoon and show results within weeks. Structural findings — weak site architecture, a content gap against competitors, an authority deficit — take months to address and are where an ongoing programme earns its keep. A good rule: do the quick wins immediately, whoever does them, and make a deliberate, budgeted decision about the structural work rather than letting it drift.
Wherever it sharpens the picture, findings are benchmarked against competitors rather than floating in isolation. A page-speed score means little on its own; the same score shown next to the two rivals who outrank you tells you whether speed is actually your battle to fight. The AI visibility report is built entirely this way — your share of assistant mentions alongside your competitors’ — because in every channel covered here, visibility is relative: you do not need a perfect site, you need a better one than the businesses competing for your customer.
Finally, every finding comes with a plain-English explanation of why it matters, so you can weigh it yourself. Nothing in the report requires you to hire us to make sense of it. If a recommendation reads as jargon, that is our failure — reply to the email and we will explain it properly.
DIY checks you can run today
You do not have to wait for a report to learn something useful. A few checks take five minutes each and require no tools at all. Search Google for site: followed by your domain — the results are roughly what Google has indexed, and if important pages are missing or strange old ones appear, you have found a real problem. Run your homepage and one key service or product page through Google’s free PageSpeed Insights and look at the mobile scores, because that is how most Indian users experience your site.
Then test your own discoverability the way a stranger would. Search your brand name and see what occupies your first page — you should own it; if old listings, wrong numbers or a competitor’s ad sit there, that is fixable. Search your most valuable service the way a customer in your city would phrase it, and note honestly where you appear, including in the map results. Open ChatGPT or Gemini and ask for recommendations in your category and location, then ask about your brand by name — the answers, right or wrong, are what some of your buyers are already being told.
Two more checks pay for the minutes they take. If you serve local customers, open your Google Business Profile as a visitor and read it critically: are the categories, hours, photos and services current, and do the reviews have responses? A neglected profile quietly repels the buyers your rankings bring in. And if you have never set up Google Search Console, do it this week — it is free, it is Google telling you directly which queries show your site and which pages have problems, and every audit we run starts by looking at exactly this data.
If you run ads, open your account and look at one report: search terms, sorted by cost. Reading the actual phrases you paid for last month is the single most clarifying exercise in paid search — most account owners find at least one term in the top twenty that has nothing to do with their business. None of these checks replaces a proper audit, but each one turns a vague worry about being invisible into a specific, fixable fact.
Who gets the most out of these audits
Three situations come up again and again. The first is the business owner who suspects something is wrong but cannot name it — enquiries have slowed, a competitor keeps appearing everywhere, the website feels invisible — and needs a diagnosis before deciding anything. An audit converts that unease into a short list of specific, verifiable problems, which is a far better starting point than a sales conversation.
The second is the business already paying for marketing and wondering what it is getting. If your current agency sends reports you cannot interpret, an independent second opinion is clarifying in either direction: sometimes we confirm the work is sound and the reporting is just poor, and sometimes the audit surfaces months of invoiced activity with no trace on the actual website. Both answers are worth having, and we give them straight regardless of whether it wins us anything.
The third is the business planning something big — a redesign, a migration, a serious push into a new city or category — that wants a baseline before committing. Capturing where you stand today means that six months from now, you can measure what the investment actually changed instead of arguing about it. Whichever of the three sounds like you, the request costs nothing and the report is yours either way.
Why we give these away
No mystery: audits are how we would rather win clients. A report that finds real problems in your visibility demonstrates more about how we work than any sales pitch could, and businesses that see the diagnosis tend to come back when they are ready to fix it — sometimes immediately, sometimes a year later. And if the report shows your fundamentals are healthy, we will say exactly that. Telling a business it does not need us this quarter costs us nothing and is worth more than any testimonial. Either way, you end up knowing precisely where you stand, which is more than most of your competitors can say.
There is also a selfish professional reason: running audits across dozens of Indian businesses every month keeps our team sharp. Patterns show up early — a platform update that breaks indexing, a shift in how an assistant answers local queries, a new way ad budgets leak — and spotting them in the wild, across industries, is how our paying clients stay ahead of changes instead of reacting to them. Your free audit feeds that loop, which is a fair trade for a report most agencies would invoice for.
Before you request, read this
They are genuinely free — no payment, no card details, no contract, and no obligation to work with us afterwards. The honest commercial logic is that a useful audit is our best introduction: some businesses hire us after reading one, and that funds the rest. You are free to take the report to your own team or another vendor, and we write it clearly enough that they can act on it without us.
For the SEO audit and the AI visibility check, just your website address and an email to send the report to — everything else we can see from the outside. Naming your top competitors and your most important services sharpens the analysis but is optional. Only the Google Ads audit needs more: read-only access to your ads account, which we will walk you through granting in about two minutes.
Within two business days for most requests, because a person runs each audit rather than a script. If we are working through a busy queue or your site is unusually large, we will tell you upfront rather than go quiet. You will get the report by email as a document you can read, share and keep — followed by an offer of a short call to walk through it, which you can freely ignore.
It tests whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews mention or recommend your business when asked realistic buyer questions about your category and location. We record how each assistant describes you, which competitors it names instead, and which sources it cites in its answers. The result is a baseline: a clear picture of your presence in AI answers versus your competitors, and the most likely reasons behind any gap we find.
No. You get the report by email, one follow-up asking if you have questions, and an open offer of a fifteen-minute walkthrough call. That is the entire sequence — no drip campaign, no daily phone calls. If the findings genuinely warrant help and you ask what working together would look like, we will tell you plainly, including costs. If you never reply, we leave you alone with a useful document.
Yes — we request read-only access through Google’s own sharing system, which lets us view campaigns and reports but change nothing. You grant it from your own account in about two minutes, and you can revoke it just as quickly the moment the audit is done. We never ask for your password, and we review your data under the same confidentiality we apply to paying clients.
Yes. The SEO audit works on any platform — WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow or fully custom builds — because crawling, indexing and content quality are universal. What changes is the recommendations: each platform has different settings and constraints, so we write the fix list for the platform you are actually on, not a generic checklist that assumes WordPress. If a limitation of your platform is itself the problem, the report says so honestly.
Yes — the SEO audit, the AI visibility check and the Google Ads audit examine different things, so together they give a fuller picture of your visibility. If you request all three, we usually deliver them as one combined report so the priorities are ranked across everything, not within silos. Fair warning that combined requests can take a little longer than two days, and we will confirm timing when you ask.
Start with the quick wins section — those items are written so a non-technical owner, or whoever manages your website, can action most of them directly. Structural findings need more capability, and the report marks them as such honestly. You can hand the document to any freelancer or agency; nothing in it is written to force you back to us. And if something is unclear, reply to the email — explaining a finding costs us five minutes and we do it gladly.
The local rank tracker, keyword research tool and website speed test are in development, and we would rather ship them properly than rush a date, so we have not published one. In the meantime the same insight is available the done-for-you way: mention local rankings, keywords or site speed when you request an audit and our team will include that analysis in your report. Email goaheaddigital1@gmail.com if you want a nudge when the self-serve tools go live.
